Delivery Over The Christmas Period

Our standard shipping terms are in effect.  Please note however that 25th December - 4th January will not count as 'working' days due to our Christmas closure so please bear this in mind when reading our standard shipping terms.  Please contact us if unsure.

If you require delivery before Christmas please contact us before ordering as many parts are stocked and may still reach you in time.  We can also offer upgraded shipping services if required.

Christmas Closure

We will be closing at 12pm on Monday 24th December and will re-open on at 9am on Monday 5th January 2026.  We will respond to all communications in order of receipt when we re-open.  Please bear with us during this time - all messages will be answered as soon as possible.

Product Returns

We will be extending our returns period to cover items being purchased as Christmas gifts.  Items purchased on/after 1st December may be returned after Christmas as long as we are contacted on/before Monday 8th January 2026.  We would advise against sending any returns back to us until we reopen in January to avoid them getting lost in the post.  All other conditions of our Returns Policy remain the same.
