Christmas Delivery

Our standard shipping terms are currently in effect (click here for details).

If you are looking to order at a later date and require guaranteed delivery before Christmas, please ensure you read each product description carefully and see further information below.  These dates may contradict our standard shipping terms, but rest assured our Paintmodz elves will be very busy making sure we meet the deadlines set out on this page!

Customers in the UK

Last ordering date for all products that do not mention a specific lead time in the product description: 18th December

Last ordering date for all products that do mention a specific lead time in the product description: 10th December

If you would like to order after these dates please contact us as we may still be able to manufacture many products in time and can upgrade shipping services where required.

Customers in Europe / Rest of the world

Last ordering dates will vary depending on your location and the product(s) you would like to purchase.  If you require guaranteed Christmas delivery, please contact us and we will advise.

Discreet Packaging

Discreet packaging is available upon request - please contact us prior to ordering.

Product Returns

We will be extending our returns period to cover items being purchased as Christmas gifts.  Items purchased on/after 1st December may be returned after Christmas as long as we are contacted on/before Monday 8th January 2026.  All other conditions of our Returns Policy remain the same.

Christmas Closure

We will be closing at 12pm on Monday 24th December and will re-open on at 9am on Monday 5th January 2026.  We will respond to all communications in order of receipt when we re-open.  Please bear with us during this time - all messages will be answered as soon as possible.
