We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. We will dispatch express delivery orders same day or next working day for orders placed after midday.
Our factory is open Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) and those are only days that orders are dispatched.
You can collect from our factory near Blackpool, for free, but that service is not currently available due to social distancing measures.

All stocked items are shipped via Royal Mail's "International Tracked" (subject to availability in recipient country) delivery services unless otherwise agreed in advance. Certain custom items may be sent via courier depending upon size/weight.
