We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days as some of our dress up parts are made to order (orders place after midday may fall into the next working day).  Most orders are shipped much faster than this, however.  Please note this does not include custom orders or products that are listed with a 'lead time' - please read individual product descriptions for details.

Our factory is open Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays and our Christmas closure) and those are only days that orders are despatched.

You can also collect from our premises near Preston for free.

Items that are returned to us due to incorrect details being entered at checkout (e.g. no house number) or remain unclaimed from local postal/courier office will attract a fee to be re-shipped.  If a refund is requested following such an occurrence the original postage cost will not be refunded.

Items that are delayed or lost in transit may only be refunded or replaced once the relevant courier's "maximum allowed delivery time" and/or "investigation time" have passed.  These vary by courier - please contact us for details.

 

European Shipping

Subject to weight and availability in recipient country, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail's "International Tracked" delivery services unless otherwise agreed in advance. Large and certain custom items may be sent via courier depending upon size/weight.

Shipping prices are outlined below. The total weight of your order will be calculated at checkout and the relevant delivery service/charge applied.
