RETURNS - STOCKED ITEMS
Should you decide to change your mind within 14 days of receiving a stocked item, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange (custom orders not included) so long as the item has not been fitted to the vehicle and is undamaged. Once you have received confirmation of a return from us, you then have 14 days to return the item. Unfortunately, if evidence that the item has been dispatched to us cannot be provided and the item does not arrive within this time period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Should you receive an item that is not as it was described, is missing parts or has been damaged prior to receipt, you have 14 days from the date you received it to contact us regarding a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed since you received your item. Items must be checked within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not have been fitted.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

If you have ordered a customised item(s) to your specific requirements, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund if you change your mind.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@paintmodz.co.uk. We aim to reply within 1 working day.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 3C, Moor Park Industrial Estate Blackpool GB FY2 0JY
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
